Sponsor Opportunities

Even if your company cannot exhibit or attend, you can have a presence at Instrumentation 2009 by having your company's name posted prominently as sponsor of an activity area. Sponsorships enable your company's name to be visible to everyone who passes by, with the company name and website prominently displayed at the entrance to each activity.
In addition, a stack of your brochures can be located on a table by the front door of the registration area with a large sign recognizing event sponsors.

Each sign will be professionally produced and located at the entrance to each activity area.

Costs: Sponsorships for each of five classrooms ($190 each), each of two refreshment areas ($250 each), the Career Fair ($350 - includes 2 signs), and the Musicians ($150). Subject to prior sale. Limit of one sponsorship per company.

Deadline: Order must be placed and paid for by credit card no later than Monday, February 16, 6:00pm Pacific Time.
